The Holographic UFO-verse

A week ago, the world was in awe when the King of Rock and Roll performed
on stage with Celine Dion. The explanations ranged from CGI, to Holograms.
It got me to thinking, if we can master the basics of holography,
considering the concept was well concieved for Star Trek, than is it
possible that someone with far greater technical talents has pulled off the
greatest Holographic show this side of the galaxy?
The question is: Are the majority of UFO's nothing more than holograms?
Consider that almost every case consists of a craft appearing seemingly out of nowhere only to disappear into the ether. There is no trick photography. No wizard behind the curtain, so far as we know, and yet there is something about the UFO phenomena that is far beyond your typical idea that they are advanced interstellar craft.
There is one case that to me, spells out the whole concept of holography and UFO's. If you've never heard of the FATIMA apparitions, here is a briefing: In 1917, three children, Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta saw what they called the LADY OF THE OLIVES. According to the accounts, it was the Virgin Mary. Or so the story originally perpetrated. However, in recent times, the FATIMA accounts given by the church have been heavily disputed.
According to some researchers, what the children saw was not in the likeness of the Virgin Mary. On the contrary, what they saw was a being, resembling a 12 year old girl, with large eyes and an odd costume of intricate ball-like details, and an odd crown of still, even more balls, around her head. She was something they had never seen before. But she was not the typical VIRGIN MARY apparition.
Most intriguing is how the sun seemed to bounce around in the sky. Does that sound familiar. Or, how about many artistic depictions of rays or beams PROJECTING the image of the Virgin. This would not be the first time nor the last, that a sighting of such religious implications marked the emergence of a wholely new kind of UFO experience.
Was the FATIMA apparition a hologram? Some say yes, and some still say, BLASPHEMY. That is fine, but consider how eratic the behavior of most UFO's are; like holding a laser beam to the sky and then zipping it back and forth, randomly, with no apparent reasoning.
This is not to say there are no actual, physical craft out there. I have read many, many reports to validate the strong precedence of crashed, retrieved, and very much REAL crafts of a Extra/Ultra/Cryptoterrestrial nature.
But is this all some facade? What if there was an exchange of technology between our government and these beings at some point in history? Do we really think that some advanced race would show us how to build weapons of mass destruction? And if so...if these beings soul initiative is to watch mankind obliterate itself, than that in and of itself is a form of deception, because you don't tell the ant you're going to step on it...you just do.
We could very well be dealing with the greatest cosmic lie ever perpetrated. While we are looking one way, thinking to ourselves how fascinating it is to see these wayward crafts jetting across the sky from some unknown abode in the cosmos, we are essentially looking in the other direction---distracted---while the real crux of the matter, the true happenings are spinning about, right beneath our feet, but we are just too mesmerized by the light show to notice.

UFO Fact vs. UFO Theory

Excerpted:

"There are very few facts associated with the study of UFOs, at least facts that can be proven in the way most people will accept them. We have no control over when or where witnesses will see strange lights in the sky or experience other anomalous episodes associated with them. This places Ufology outside of the discipline of classic science, which demands controlled repeatability. Perhaps the word “Ufology” should be trashed! A more inclusive designation might be “Theoretical Anomalistics,” but unfortunately, we are stuck with “UFO,” for better or worse."

4 UFO's spotted

Whatever happened to our flap?
Did I miss something?

Michael Salla @ BOA

returns to BoA : Audio for a full length interview to discuss Exopolitics. We'll be talking about the goals of Exopolitics, its tenuous relationship with Ufology, and Salla responds to some of the critics of the movement. We also discuss 911, the Symington Phoenix Lights story, the recent release of French UFO documents (and Salla's surprising response) and tons more.

Full Preview : We kick things off by getting some background on what Exopolitics is and what the goals are behind Exopolitics. We discuss how many people in Exopolitics come from Ufology, but that there is still a faction of anti-exopolitics leaning people in the field and how Michael sees Exopolitics overcoming this factioning and how Exopolitics is markedly different from Ufology. We get Michael's response to the critics of exopolitics, who are jaded by the activism or take issues with some of the whistleblower testimony cited by those in Exopolitics.

Harkening back to some of binnall's complaints about Ufology, we find out if there are specific benchmarks that the Exopolitical movement is aiming for, from both a scholastic and political point of view. We discuss whether or not the present political system is conducive to a pro-UFO candidate or point of view.

We find out where Michael sees Exopolitics fitting into a post-UFO Disclosure world and how it plans to prevent the marginalization and redundancy that many in Ufology expect to happen to the field, post-disclosure. We talk about how "proving UFOs are real" may turn out to be the death knell for Ufology, post-UFO disclosure. Michael explains his problem with framing the "UFO question" on a strictly scientific basis.

From there, we discuss one of the recent papers on exopolitics.org, "False Flag Operations, 911, and the Exopolitical Perspective". Michael explains what motivated him to write this piece, which is somewhat outside the usual UFO realm of exopolitics. He also talks about why the 911 researchers don't want to touch Ufology and we discuss the differences between these two fields of inquiry. We talk about how the freshness of 911 helps to override the ridicule factor that has dogged Ufology for decades.

Then we talk about the recent UFO media flap and what the exopolitical take on this flap is, specifically Michael talks about the Gov. Symington / Phoenix Lights story that exploded on the scene a few weeks ago. We also get his take on the anti-Symington sentiment within Ufology.

After that, we talk about the recent release of UFO information from the French government and Michael explains why he feels ambivalent to the story. We get his exopolitical take on the 2008 presidential election and Hilary Clinton.

Heading towards the end, we discuss the Exopolitics Institute, what it is and what it's goals are. That segues into a discussion about what to do, should there be disclosure, with government officials who are complicite with the UFO cover up. Michael also gives us a preview of the Earth Transformation Conference, to be held in Hawaii this May.

Is strange rock from UFO or just a piece of poppycock?

BINNALL OF AMERICA

One of our most ambitious episodes yet, as Tony Healy, co-author of "Yowie : In Search of Australia's Bigfoot", joins the program, direct from Canberra, Australia. We'll be delving into the Yowie mystery in-depth, following it's evolution from Aboriginal legend to modern day enigma. We'll discuss remarkable cases of Yowie interaction with everyday Australians, the Yowie renaissance of the 1970's, Australia's "other" mystery cryptid, the Junjudee, paranormal elements to the Yowie, and, of course, tons more, in this comprehensive, international edition of BoA : Audio.

We start out by getting some background on Tony Healy, how he got interested in the esoteric and his evolution as a researcher. We find out about the Aboriginal traditions of the Yowie and how it superceded the arrival of European settlers. We then talk about some of the Yowie sightings that came from the early European settlers. Moving on, we discuss the "forgotten years", between 1900 and 1975, where Yowie reports and sightings completely dried up in Australia. Following through on the evolution of Yowie research, we discuss the Yowie renaissance of 1975, when the creature burst onto the mainstream. We talk about what present day Yowie research in Australia is like.

From there, we cover the physical description of the Yowie and how it compares to the American Bigfoot. Next, we discuss the history of Yowie reports in Australia, starting with the Aborginal peoples' position on the Yowie, how they will only reveal some of their knowledge of the creature, why they are so circumspect about the creature, and what some of this hidden knowledge might be.

Looking at the contemporary Yowie situation, we discuss the "neighborhood Yowies", creatures purported to live on the border of wilderness and newly developed land, that in some key cases have frequent interractions with the families who live in the houses right on the border. Tony tells a compelling story of one family's attempt to record the Yowie.

We then talk about some characteristics from Yowie reports and Aboriginal yore, including them appearing after stormy weather, having an interest in human children, and being the sources of mysterious "Yowie bites" on trees. We then discuss one of the most perplexing elements to the Yowie mystery : the enigmatic Yowie foot. Tony tells us about some of the trends that he and co-author Paul Cropper noticed and documented in the book, via a thorough study of case studies broken down into charts based on time and season.

Moving on, we discuss the potential Yowie relative, the Junjudee, a small, hairy, ape like creature with an equally long history of seperate Aboriginal lore and some modern day sightings. Tony tells us some of the major differences between the Yowies and the Junjudees, which suggests that they are two different types of creatures. We also find out how the discovery of the fosilized "Hobbits" on an island near Australia could explain some aspects of the Yowie / Junjudee mystery.

Heading towards the end, we discuss the big picture question of just what is the Yowie. We cover the four different possible conclusions that the book comes to regarding the Yowie (not real, real, real but extinct, and paranormal) and focus on the paranormal aspects of the Yowie which lend possible credence to that point of view, in Tony's opinion. We also find out if Steve Irwin ever said anything about the Yowie in Australia.

Wrapping it up, we find out what's next for Tony Healy, including a trip to America on the horizon.
